TNABoard Australia – Anti-Trafficking Policy

1. Zero-Tolerance Commitment

TNABoard Australia has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labour, coercion, or any form of modern slavery.

We are committed to maintaining a platform that:

  • Protects independent, consenting adults

  • Actively prevents exploitation and abuse

  • Cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities

  • Removes bad actors immediately and permanently

Any activity connected to trafficking or exploitation will result in instant removal and reporting.


2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to:

  • All advertisers and providers

  • All members, clients, and contributors

  • All moderators, administrators, and contractors

  • All content posted on TNABoard Australia, including ads, profiles, messages, images, and reviews


3. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on TNABoard Australia:

  • Advertising or facilitating services involving:

    • Minors (under 18)

    • Coerced, forced, or controlled individuals

    • Third-party management without transparent consent

  • Indicators of trafficking, including but not limited to:

    • Someone posting on behalf of another adult without disclosure

    • Lack of control over pricing, availability, or communication

    • Evidence of intimidation, threats, or restriction of movement

    • Repeated changes of identity, location, or contact details to evade verification

  • Any attempt to:

    • Recruit, transport, harbour, or control another person for exploitation

    • Circumvent verification or safety systems

    • Coach others on avoiding detection or moderation

There are no warnings for these violations.


 

4. Provider Verification & Safeguards

TNABoard Australia requires strict provider verification designed to reduce trafficking risks:

  • Identity verification where required for all advertising providers

  • Age confirmation (18+ only)

  • Manual and automated review processes

  • Ongoing re-verification when required

  • Behavioural and pattern analysis to detect coercion or third-party control

Failure or refusal to verify results in removal from the platform.


5. Community Reporting & Monitoring

We actively encourage members to report concerns.

Reports may include:

  • Suspicious behaviour or language

  • Signs of third-party control

  • Safety red flags observed in ads or reviews

  • Attempts to bypass rules or verification

All reports are:

  • Reviewed by trained moderation staff

  • Handled confidentially

  • Acted upon promptly

False or malicious reports may result in account sanctions.


6. Cooperation With Authorities

Where legally required or appropriate, TNABoard Australia will:

  • Preserve relevant data

  • Cooperate with Australian law enforcement

  • Comply with all applicable federal and state laws

  • Assist investigations related to trafficking, exploitation, or abuse

We do not protect traffickers, exploiters, or criminal networks.


7. Education & Prevention

TNABoard Australia believes prevention starts with awareness.

We are committed to:

  • Educating members on consent, autonomy, and safety

  • Publishing clear rules and expectations

  • Continuously improving detection systems

  • Reviewing policies in line with Australian law and best practices


8. Enforcement Actions

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate account termination

  • Permanent bans (no appeals)

  • Removal of all associated content

  • Reporting to relevant authorities where required

Attempting to return under alternate accounts will result in network-wide bans.


9. Our Position

TNABoard Australia supports consensual, independent adult sex work — and firmly opposes exploitation in all forms.

If you are not here voluntarily, transparently, and independently, this platform is not for you.


10. Contact & Reporting

If you believe someone is being exploited or trafficked:

  • Use the TNABoard Australia reporting tools immediately

  • Contact local emergency services if there is immediate danger

  • Reach out to recognised Australian support organisations when appropriate
