Our Commitment to Provider Safety
TNABoard Australia recognises that sex workers and independent providers operate in an industry that carries elevated personal, professional, and reputational risk. This policy exists to make our position clear:
Provider safety is non-negotiable.
This document outlines the protections, standards, and enforcement measures that apply specifically to providers using TNABoard Australia. It is designed to ensure that providers can advertise, participate, and engage with the community without fear of harassment, coercion, or exploitation.
This policy is informed by nearly 20 years of experience operating TNABoard and adapted to Australian legal and community expectations.
Zero Tolerance for Provider Harassment
TNABoard Australia enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for any behaviour that targets or endangers providers.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment or abuse in public threads or private messages
- Threats of bad reviews, exposure, or retaliation
- Coercion, intimidation, or pressure tactics
- Persistent unwanted contact
- Sexist, degrading, or dehumanising language
- Coordinated targeting or pile-ons
Any member engaging in these behaviours may face immediate moderation action, including suspension or permanent removal.
There are no exceptions based on membership level, spending, or tenure.
Protection From Extortion, Coercion, and Retaliation
TNABoard Australia does not allow members to weaponise reviews, rumours, or posts to pressure providers.
This includes:
- Threatening negative reviews to obtain discounts or services
- Demanding off-platform contact under threat
- Attempting to force provider responses
- Using “warnings” or “community alerts” as leverage
- Retaliation after a provider declines a booking
Providers have the right to set boundaries. Declining a service or booking is not justification for harassment or punishment.
Review Standards and Abuse Prevention
Reviews must be written responsibly and in good faith.
We do not allow:
- False or misleading reviews
- Reviews written out of anger or revenge
- Speculative accusations presented as fact
- Repeated targeting of a single provider
- Reviews that include threats, insults, or personal attacks
Where reviews raise concerns, moderation prioritises fairness, evidence, and provider safety.
Providers are never required to defend themselves publicly. Staff intervention is always available.
Privacy and Identity Protection
Providers are entitled to strong privacy protections.
The following are strictly prohibited and treated as severe violations:
- Sharing real names, addresses, workplaces, or personal details
- Attempting to link online profiles to real-world identities
- Publishing private messages without consent
- Threats of exposure or “outing”
- Encouraging off-platform harassment
Any attempt to compromise a provider’s anonymity or safety may result in immediate account termination.
Defamation-Aware Moderation
Australian defamation laws are strict, and TNABoard Australia takes provider protection seriously.
We do not allow:
- Unproven allegations presented as fact
- Reckless or malicious claims
- Rumour-based posts that damage reputation
- “Naming and shaming” without evidence
Disputes are handled through proper moderation and support channels, not public escalation.
Provider Control and Boundaries
Providers maintain full control over:
- Who they engage with
- What services they offer
- How they advertise
- When and how they respond
No provider is ever required to justify their boundaries, availability, pricing, or business decisions.
Attempts to pressure providers into changing boundaries will not be tolerated.
Dedicated Provider Support
TNABoard Australia provides a dedicated support ticket system with staff available 24/7.
Providers can:
- Report harassment or safety concerns
- Request moderator intervention
- Ask for content review or removal
- Seek confidential assistance
Provider reports are treated with urgency and discretion.
We encourage providers to report issues early rather than endure ongoing abuse.
Age, Consent, and Ethical Standards
TNABoard Australia enforces strict age and consent requirements.
We do not allow:
- Any content involving minors
- Any suggestion of underage services
- Any attempt to normalise non-consensual behaviour
These rules are absolute and enforced without exception.
No Retaliation for Reporting
Providers will never be penalised for reporting safety issues in good faith.
Retaliation against providers for reporting concerns—whether through posts, reviews, or private messages—is itself a serious violation and will be acted upon.
A Provider-First Community
TNABoard Australia is built on the principle that providers are people, not content.
Our moderation philosophy prioritises:
- Safety over drama
- Evidence over outrage
- Support over spectacle
The platform exists to serve its community—and providers are central to that mission.
Our Promise
We are committed to:
- Enforcing rules consistently
- Acting quickly on safety concerns
- Protecting provider privacy and dignity
- Listening to provider feedback
- Building a platform providers can trust
If you are a provider on TNABoard Australia, you are not alone. You are supported, protected, and respected.
